How do you get paid? Do I get charged a fee for your services?
We get paid commission by the resorts and tour operators, we do not charge a service fee.
Many resorts and tour operators include this commission in their pricing, but they collect it if you book directly with them or with an online booking site.

Do you only book the items listed on your website - River and Small Boat Cruises, Adventure Travel, and Group Travel?
No! We are a full-service travel agency and can book anything you are interested in doing. We specialize in the vacations listed and have completed extensive training to ensure in-depth knowledge of those offered. We have personally worked with representatives from various vendors to ensure you receive the finest selections available.
Do I need travel insurance?
We highly recommend travel protection, it’s important to protect your trip investment and loved ones. We will offer you the best option for your vacation.
Do you book only flights?
We would be happy to provide suggestions and our professional opinion, but we do not book only flights. We can package flights with hotels, resorts, car rentals and more.
How far in advance should I book my trip?
Planning varies depending on the location and dates. For popular destinations, specific dates, and holiday travel, it is crucial to plan well in advance. By doing so, you increase your chances of securing accommodations and activities. Early planning often leads to more affordable prices; however, some resorts, tour operators, or cruises may offer last-minute deals.
How do I pay for my trip? Do you collect my credit card information?
When you are ready to book, we will send you an online task to collect your credit card information (minus the CVV code) and a Credit Card Authorization form to confirm you approve the charge. We then pay the vendor for your trip - deposit, payments, and final payment will each require an authorization form to approve the charge and a phone call to collect the card CVV.
